we take pride on our 100% consignment policy. we do not buy clothes and resell them. we sell your items for you.
after your item has sold; you will be entitled to 40% of the sale price. consigners may be paid in cash or use the credit in the store. we will honor any consignment balance for up to twelve months.
we are always happy to accept items in trade and offer 30% of the accessed value of an item for in store credit only. we will honor any trade balance for up to twelve months.
we currently have a list of over 800 active consigners. therefore, we need all consigners to call and schedule an appointment for review. we can usually accommodate within two weeks. the only time we will accept drop-ins is when there are ten items or less.
we accept clean, lightly used items including all types of clothes, shoes, books, toys and most accessories. we do not exclude any given name brand or label, but often cannot take budget labels due to space limitations. due to the size of our shop and the large number of consigners, there are times when we cannot accommodate larger items. please mention anything that may fall into this category when scheduling your appointment.
summer items : april - june
fall items : july - september
winter items : october - december
spring items : january - march
when bringing clothing, 50 items (usually 2-3 grocery size bags) is the most we can accept in a single appointment unless special arrangements are made.
when it comes to used clothing, condition is everything. please only bring in what you, yourself would buy. we will not accept any items with stains, holes, fraying, or other imperfections. No exceptions.
all items are priced by us and will remain on the sales floor for 90 days. after 90 days if your items have not sold we will mark them at 1/2 price for a period of 14 days. at this time if more than 4 of your items have not sold, we will call you to determine if you would like them back or have them donated. if only a few items (less than 4) remain they will be donated to charity.
